PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling-embedded type air conditioner for automatically stopping a supply fan at the time of falling a suction grill. SOLUTION: The ceiling-embedded type air conditioner comprises a supply fan driven by a fan motor 13, a suction grill disposed under the fan, a grill elevator for vertically moving the trill by a drive of a grill elevation motor 140, a controller 300 for controlling the motor 13 and the motor 140, and a current detector 303 for detecting a dissipation current of the motor 140. The controller 300 inhibits the drive of the motor 13 based on the current to be detected by the detector 303. Thus, at the time of operating air conditioning, in the case of driving the motor 140 to clean a filter and falling the grill, the fan is stopped though it is rotated. |
