PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive lithographic printing plate showing a high-contrast image forming property and good ink depositing property without decreasing sensitivity, and further to provide a photosensitive lithographic printing plate with improved vacuum adhesion property by high formability of a mat layer. SOLUTION: This printing plate has a positive photosensitive layer containing a polymer compd. on a supporting body. The polymer compd. contains (1) an addition-polymerizable monomer having fluoro-aliphatic groups with substitution of fluorine atoms for hydrogen atoms and (2) one or more kinds of addition- polymerizable monomers having acidic hydrogen atoms as the copolymer component. The surface contact angle of the photosensitive layer is >=105 deg.. Further, a mat layer is formed on the photosensitive layer by spraying an aq. soln. prepared by dissolving or dispersing a mat-forming agent.
