PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector socket which has a contactor deformable flexibly adequately coping with a complicated motional locus of a plug part and is structured, so that the contactor involves no risk of abnormal deforma tion. SOLUTION: A plug inserting hole 5 for admitting the plug part of a connector plug thin and long in one direction is formed at the surface of a thin and long connector mold 4, and a plurality of contactors 8U and 8L in pairs positioned opposite in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction are built inside the connector mold 4, and thus a connector socket is attained, wherein the contactors 8U and 8L having foremost pressure contacting part 8d which is deformable and can be in pressure contact with the plug contactor of the plug part are accommodated in contact accommodation chambers 7U and 7L, respectively, and a middle part stopper 8c having a large width is integrally formed with the middle part of the contactors 8U and 8L, and a locking surface 11a is formed on the inner wall surface of each contact accommodation chambers 7U/7L, and the movement of the middle part stopper 8c is restricted by the locking surface 11a, capable of being engaged with the middle part stopper 8c. |
