PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively diagnose the clocking function, the operation function and the input/output function of a micro processor with a simple diagnosis means. SOLUTION: The diagnosis signal of a prescribed waveform is supplied to the micro processor 12 controlling a system being a control object and a duty is measured. The clocking function of the micro processor 12 is diagnosed based on the duty measured result. The micro processor 12 executes an operation which is previously prepared by using the duty measured result and the operation function of the micro processor 12 is diagnosed based on an operated result. |
