PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of conductive connection between the electrode terminal of an integrated circuit and the wiring pattern of a wiring board by forming a hollow into which the conductive feeler of conductive paste is inserted at the tip part of the electrode terminal in the integrated circuit. SOLUTION: A hollow part 1a of an inverted circular cone form is provided at the tip of the electrode terminal 1. The height is leveled and it is joined to a base IC 2. Namely, the electrode terminal 1 and a wiring pattern 4 are pressed/joined through a process for applying conductive paste 6 to only the vicinity of the tip part of the electrode terminal 1. A part of conductive feeler contained in conductive paste 6 is inserted into the hollow 1a and the conductive feeler of a part overflowed from the hollow 1a is laid between the electrode terminal 1 and the wiring pattern 4 in a form for connecting them. Thus, reliability on the conductive connection of the electrode terminal 1 in the integrated circuit and the wiring pattern 4 of the wiring board 3 can be improved.
