PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of interference in the reflected light of laser irradiation light for producing an optical filter. SOLUTION: In this producing method, a specific wavelength sensitive light propagation means 22 is irradiated with laser light 12 of specific wavelength from the upper part through a phase mask 14 and a grating area is selectively formed to manufacture an optical filter.
