发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING ADDITION OF STERILIZING AGENT BASED ON MEASURED BIOLOGICAL MEMBRANE ACTIVITY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the addition cost of a sterilizing agent by measuring electrical characteristics of a plurality of the electrodes of a probe in an aq. soln. and measuring the activity of the biological membrane on the electrodes from a formed current to determine the necessity for the addition of the sterilizing agent and evaluating the effectiveness of the addition of the sterilizing agent from the signal deciding the activity of the biological membrane on the probe. SOLUTION: A probe is constituted of two electrically insulated electrodes made of the same material. Metal disk groups 1a, 1b are made of a metal such as stainless steel or the like. The activity of a biological membrane exerts larger effect on electrochemical characteristics of a deactivating metal such as stainless steel or the like. The electrodes of the probe are immersed in water and the fixing of the biological membrane or the measurement of a current and voltage becomes easy by the potential difference applied across the electrodes. When the biological membrane is formed, the electrochemical reaction of the surfaces of the electrodes is enhanced and the activity of the biological membrane is enhanced. The necessity for the addition of a sterilizing agent is determined on the basis of the measured activity of the biological membrane and the signal deciding the activity of the biological membrane on the probe is analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of the addition of the sterilizing agent.
