PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce all history information by recording new history information in a first file after copying information of the first file in the second file when the remaining capacitance of the first file is equal to below a prescribed value. SOLUTION: The first file 4 for recording history information is provided in a memory part and also the second file 6 is provided in an optical recording part. When the remaining capacitance of the first file 4 is equal to below the prescribed value, that is, history information on a purchased commodity cannot be recorded in the first file 4 at the time of newly recording history information in the first file 4, information in the first file 4 is copied in the second file 6 and, after that, new history information is recorded in the first file 4. Thus, all history information are recorded in a card even though the capacity of an IC part is small, thus they can be reproduced. |
