A conductive roller constituted essentially of a shaft, a base rubber layer formed on the periphery of the shaft, an interlayer formed on the periphery of the rubber layer, and a surface layer formed in the periphery of the interlayer and being useful as, e.g., a developing roller, electrification roller, transfer roller for electrophotographic equipment such as a copier, printer or facsimile, wherein the surface layer is one made from a resin composition comprising the following components (A) and (B): (A) a silicone-grafted acrylic polymer which comprises a moiety (Y) derived from an acrylic monomer and a moiety (Z) constituted of a segment derived from an acrylic monomer and a graft segment derived from a siloxane and in which the acrylic polymer moiety exclusive of the graft segment derived from a siloxane has a glass transition temperature of -35 to 30 DEG C, and (B) an isocyanate curing agent.
