PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared gas analyzer which facilitates the correction of a water interference effect value contained in a measured value while achieving a space saving along with a higher performance. SOLUTION: A dry gas line 34 is formed to supply an analysis part with a comparison gas DR passing through a drying unit 30 in place of a sample gas S when checking a water interference effect value and the water interference effect value is measured depending on an output difference between a comparison gas R and the dry comparison gas DR. The measured value of a component to be measured is corrected by the results.
