<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner for making inorganic spheroidized particles, which suppresses attachment of melted powder to a nozzle portion, and which can elongate a distance of contact between the powder and a flame. SOLUTION: A burner is constituted of inner and outer cylindrical bodies 1, 2, each having a straight-pipe shape, which are arranged in a concentric manner, and a plurality of pipe bodies 4 which are arranged in a space 3 between the cylindrical bodies 1, 2 so as to surround the inner cylindrical body 1 therewith. The inner cylindrical body 1 is so constituted as to be a material powder supply path which supplies a material powder therethrough with oxygen or oxygen-enriched air serving as a carrier gas. The space 3 between the cylindrical bodies 1, 2 serves as an oxygen supply path. Each of the pipe bodies 4 arranged in the space 3 is constituted to have a fuel supply path therein. The tip end portion of the cylindrical body 1 is positioned at an inner side relative to that of the cylindrical body 2. Further, the tip end portions of the individual pipe bodies 4, each of which has a fuel supply path therein, are positioned at the intermediate between the tip end portion of the cylindrical body 2 and that of the cylindrical body 1.</p> |
