A ground station multiplexes the digital voice data included in a plurality of audio broadcasts, GUI data, and the voice data for download, and transmits the multiplexed data to the receiving side through a satellite. A GUI screen related to the audio broadcast is displayed on the receiving side. When music information is designated based on the information displayed on the display screen, the broadcast is switched to the music program broadcast corresponding to the music information. When download of voice information is designated based on the information displayed on the display screen, download voice data corresponding to the music information is outputted. The download audio data is stored in a storage device, and desired melody data can be downloaded.
