SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oligomerous compounds of the formula (I) <EMI ID=0.244 HE=39 WI=48 TI=CHI> where L - a group (a) <EMI ID=0.245 HE=24 WI=39 TI=CHI> or (b) <EMI ID=0.246 HE=27 WI=36 TI=CHI> being oxygen atom in group L is bound with phosphorus atom in repeating structural fragment in each case and residue R<SB>5</SB> and carbon atom at position 4 of piperidine ring in group L are bound with oxygen atom in repeating structural fragment; R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB> - hydrogen atom, C<SB>1-25</SB>-alkyl, C<SB>2-24</SB>-alkenyl possibly substituted with C<SB>1-4</SB>-alkyl, C<SB>5-8</SB>-cycloalkyl, phenyl, C<SB>5-8</SB>-cycloalkenyl, C<SB>7-9</SB>-phenylalkyl or -CH<SB>2</SB>-S-R<SB>6</SB>; R<SB>3</SB> - H or methyl; R<SB>4</SB> - H, C<SB>1-25</SB>-alkyl, C<SB>2-24</SB>-alkenyl possibly substituted with C<SB>1-4</SB>-alkyl, C<SB>5-8</SB>-cycloalkyl, phenyl, C<SB>5-8</SB>-cycloalkenyl, C<SB>7-9</SB>-phenylalkyl or -CH<SB>2</SB>-S-R<SB>6</SB>, -(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>p</SB>COOR<SB>7</SB> or -(CH)<SB>q</SB>OR<SB>8</SB>.
