FIELD: detection of medical data of holder who carries watch, bracelet, pendent, etc. SUBSTANCE: device has indication surface, which has sequence of sectors which store medical data, as well private identification plate which covers at least part of indication surface and which stores holder identification data. Identification plate is designed as sequence of tear-off sheets, each of which hides at least one sector of indication surface in its initial position or displays respective sector of indication surface upon its tearing off identification plate.
