摘要

FIELD: metal working and hole working by tool provided with polyhedral tips. SUBSTANCE: reamer includes body with eccentric threaded opening and head eccentrically mounted in opening and having cutting tips arranged asymmetrically in angular and radial directions. Reamer also includes arranged in eccentric threaded opening: plunger secured to head and apertural sleeve mounted in body. Plunger and sleeve form cavity filled with viscous liquid and connected with cavity restricted by outer lateral surface of sleeve and inner surface of body. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of hole countersinking, enlarged manufacturing possibilities of reamer. 2 dwg
