摘要

FIELD: railway transport; permanent way; mechanization of tie sorting jobs at disassembling track skeletons. SUBSTANCE: device has frame with mounted-on vertical lifting conveyor with tie grips, roller bed and intake hoppers with fixed front wall and rear wall movable along horizontal guides of frame. Vertical lifting conveyor, in its upper part, is connected with roller bed driven in cross direction relative to horizontal conveyor and is furnished with cutoff device to direct ties either into intake hopper or onto roller bed. Roller bed is coupled with two intake hoppers and is furnished with thrower to drop ties into intake hoppers. EFFECT: sorting ties into three grades, forming tie packages with no manual labour involved. 3 cl, 3 dwg
