<p>The invention relates to a filling composition, particularly a sealing composition for tap holes of blast furnaces, composed of a refractory based on Al2O3, SiO2, SiC and C and containing additives. The invention is characterised in that organic and inorganic metal fibres, or mixtures thereof, are added to the filling composition in order to safely avoid the formation of cracks and fully adapt this composition to every individual application condition.</p> |
