<p>The invention relates to a formulation containing an opioid combined with an α-adrenergic agonist or pharmaceutically applicable salt of the active substances and additional auxiliary agents, wherein the dosing unit is used in a quantity between 1 νg and 500 νg for the α-adrenergic agonist, and the dosing unit is used in a quantity between 0.5 and 50 mg for the opioid such that no centrally conditioned cardiovascular effect occurs.
