Ceramic component granular structure visualisation method

摘要

The visualisation method involves using an AgPd powder which is mixed with the BaTiO3 granules. This is done before compression and sintering of the granules for formation of the ceramic component. The spherical powder particles have a diameter of between 1 and 2 microns and allow the visualisation of the granular structure upon examination of the ceramic component by backscattering electron imaging or scanning electron microscopy.
