At least one interceptor passage blocking body (46) and at least one zero position blocking body (68) are axially adjacent in the core, the diameter of the outer pin (48) of the former being smaller than that of the latter, and/or at least one of the two stepped bodies is positioned eccentrically so that its inner pin (70, 50) is displaced axially with respect to it its outer pin (48, 69), and/or the outer pin of the zero position blocking body has a peripheral recess to receive part of the interceptor passage blocking body.
