摘要

Novel camptothecin derivatives represented by general formula (1) and salts thereof, soluble in water and excellent in antitumor activities; wherein R<1> represents hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl, zero to four R<2> groups may be the same or different and each represents C1-C6 alkyl, halogeno, alkoxy or hydroxy, and R<3> represents lower alkylamino, di(lower alkyl)amino, arylamino, cyclic amino or lower alkoxy.
