PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carefully perform timing indication of work input, carrying out, periodical inspection and adjusting work, by providing a means for calculating timing of work input, carrying out, periodical inspection and adjusting work in each machining process and job assigning to workers. SOLUTION: A controlling device 22 has a scheduling part 37 for scheduling timing of work input, carrying out, periodical inspection and adjusting work in each machining process and job assigning to workers. An information input device 39 and a job indication data output device 40 are connected with the controlling device 22, the information input device 39 input a producing plan, a periodical inspection plane for facilities in each machining process, adjusting job information, number of workers, information of each worker, and lead time data of each machining station, and the job indication data output device 40 indicates work input, carrying out, periodical inspection and adjusting work to the workers. |
