PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dried noodle designed to have more improved toughness as the dried noodle, a more shortened time for boiling and a more elastic property after boiling, compared to the conventional one. SOLUTION: This dried noodle has a flat shape having 0.70-1.20 mm thickness of the dried noodle regulated so that the standard deviation of the thickness may be 6.7×10<-2> , and <=0.27 porosity, and is obtained by mixing powders having different particle diameters. |
