PROCESS AND DEVICE FOR TREATING LEACHING WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaching water treatment process of simple structure for purifying efficiently even the leaching water of different properties. SOLUTION: Sodium carbonate is added by a pretreatment means 1 into leaching water to coprecipitation separate alkali earth metal generating scales in a treatment line together with a part of other pollutants. The pH of supernatant liquid is adjusted properly by a coagulation means 4 to coprecipitation- separate residual heavy metals and organic matters together with a part of pollutants. Separated liquid is circulated by a tubular type membrane separating device 5 while washing and flowing a membrane face and a part of treated water is membrane-separated. Oxygen is fed into circulating liquid being circulated concentrated to be biologically treated with acclimatized microbes. Active carbon is added into the circulating liquid to suction-remove residual pollutants. Ozones and ultraviolet rays are exposed properly in treated water to decompose and disinfect the residual pollutants, and salts are membrane-separated by a reverse osmosis membrane. The treatment can be carried out by a simple constitution easily under the low load and highly stabilized manner even when the properties of leaching water are varied.
