PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly produce a difference with a manual sliding door by lessening the vertical size of an upper fixing frame (horizontal timber) in an automatic sliding door driven by a linear motor. SOLUTION: The stator 34 of a linear motor is fixed on the vertical-fixing frame 36b of a door tail side within the thickness of the sliding door within the height of the sliding door 31, and a part or the whole part of a mover 35 is built in the inside of the sliding door 31. Thereby a linear motor drive automatic sliding door can be constituted without being influenced on the vertical size of an upper fixing frame 36c (horizontal timber). |
