PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic cleansing paper sheet with controlled liquid absorbency and in which diffusion of an oil constituent into a paper layer per a single use is suppressed and a penetration area can be reduced a manufacturing method of it. SOLUTION: In this cleansing paper sheet, 20 pts.wt. of micro talc (with a mean grain diameter of 1.7 μm and a surface area of 16.0 BET m<2> /g) is mixed with 100 pts.wt. of Manila hemp (with a beating degree of SR 30 deg.) so as to be dispersed uniformly, and using a fixing agent, the micro talc is fixed to fiber, and then, this mixture is made into paper by means of a cylinder paper machine. As a paper making mesh of the cylinder paper machine, a wire of 16 mesh with a diameter of 0.2 mm is used, and paper with an uneven layer is made in a single vat with a 22 g/m<2> in weighting, and then, the paper is processed into a cosmetic cleansing paper sheet 10 by means of a super calender so as to have a density of 1.0 g/cm<3> . Subsequently, using oil based ink (Medium: made by DAINIPPON INK CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CO.), wavy printing is carried out from the surface side of the cosmetic cleansing paper sheet 10 through a silk-screen process. In this process, the oil based ink is impregnated in both of the front surface layer and the back surface layer of a paper. |
