VITAMIN-CONTAINING COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain the subject granulated composition in high extruding granulativity while stabilizing vitamin Cs despite containing a sugar alcohol. SOLUTION: This composition as preparation with stabilized vitamin Cs is obtained by kneading a composition comprising vitamin Cs and erythritol followed by conducting an extrusion granulation; wherein the vitamin Cs may be composed of free ascorbic acid and an alkaline earth metal ascorbate(s), or may be combined with vitamin Es; the erythritol accounts for about 10-90 wt.% of the whole composition. Furthermore, this composition may also contain a sweetener, binder, vehicle and so on.
