PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a millimeter wave inspection instrument capable of measuring with accuracy and high sensitivity the millimeter waves emitted from a patient, without deteriorating controllability, by dissolving problems with prior art. SOLUTION: A millimeter wave inspection instrument comprises a conical hone 5 made of a metal or resin that diverges to one side and a detection plate formed of a dielectric substance, the detection plate being disposed at the throat part of the hone. |
