<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of puddles on the upper face of a building even in a rainy day during execution thereof and facilitate flashing for rain, by making flat the upper face of the building body and covering it with a waterproof material. SOLUTION: A building body 2 is composed of a group of building units of a plurality of building units 3, 3 constituting the first floor part and a plurality of building units 4, 4 constituting the second floor part, which are arranged to abut on each other. In the building unit 4 constituting the second floor part, wall panels are erected at the peripheral edges of the floor panels and the ceiling panels are fitted on the wall panels. The upper face members are attached toward the roof side of the ceiling panels to make flat the upper face of the building units 4, 4, which are covered with waterproof members 6. The waterproof members 6 are put on the building body 2 to cover it at the erection site after the construction or the members 6 may be put on the upper face of the building units 4 in advance in a factory and may be jointed together at the site.</p> |
