INKJET INK, MARKING METHOD OF EGG SHELL USING SAME AND MARKED EGG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet ink which does not cause clogging of a nozzle of an inkjet printer after a long-term continuous printing, shows less elution of a dyeing agent even when an egg shell gets wet during marking or is subjected to coocking such as boiling and further does not give hateful appearance. SOLUTION: An inkjet ink contains a sodium iron chlorophyllin and/or a sodium copper chlorophyllin, an alkali metal alginate and/or an ester of an alginic acid and a propylene glycol and water. Marking of an egg shell involves marking surface of an egg shell by means of an inkjet method using an inkjet ink. A marked egg is obtained by marking surface of the egg shell with an inkjet ink.
