PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for holding a crystal substance having the mechanism for holding capable of holding a constricted part formed in the upper part of the crystal substance, surely operating the mechanism for holding and flexibly responding to a fluctuation or the like in the horizontal direction caused in the crystal substance even when the fluctuation is caused and safely pulling even the crystal substance of a great weight. SOLUTION: This mechanism for holding a crystal substance is capable of hanging a holding part 2 with wire cables 5, connecting the holding part 2 to a contact part 4 thereunder with linkages 3, freely rotatably pivoting one end each of circular arc members 1 with rotating shafts 33, placing the contact part 4 on the shoulder part of the crystal substance and thereby rotating the circular arc members 1. |
