PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make energy for electric surgical operation be efficiently received from a specific trocar or a trocar adapter, by composing an electric surgical instrument by an inductor placed in a long tube and electrically connected with an end effector. SOLUTION: Energy for electric surgery supplied from a trocar 11 for inductive coupling type electric surgery through an electric cord 18 is supplied to an inductive coupling type electric surgery instrument 16 through inductor leads 33, 34 from conductors 36, 38 by electromagnetic inductive coupling between an inductor coil 91 and an instrument inductor coil 46. That is, energy supplied to the inductive coupling type electric surgery instrument 16 can be supplied to an end effector 57 through a circuit formed by an instrument tip end part inductor lead 43, instrument tip end part connector 45, conductor 48, pole assembly 52, cartridge channel 88, sealing tube 50, sealing tube connector 44, and an instrument base end part inductor lead 42. |
