PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject weather resistant resin having excellent colorability, chemical resistance an impact strength, by subjecting an aromatic vinyl compound to graft polymerization in the presence of a specific ethylene-α- olefin-based copolymer and a hydrogenated rubber. SOLUTION: An aromatic vinyl compound is subjected to graft polymerization in the presence of (A) 10-100 wt.% of (i) 90-10 wt.% of a rubber-like polymer comprising 60-95 wt.% of ethylene, 40-5 wt.% of a 3-18Cα-olefin and 0-20 wt.% of a nonconjugated diene and having the ratio of a weight-average molecular weight to a number-average molecular weight of 1.2-5 and (ii) 10-90 wt.% of a rubber-like polymer of the formula, (A-B)nAm (A is an aromatic vinyl compound polymer block; B is a hydrogenated polymer block of a conjugated diene- based compound; (n) is >=2; (m) is 0 or 1) obtained by hydrogenating >=95 mol.% of the unsaturated bond part of a block copolymer composed of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene and (B) 90-0 wt.% of a rubber-like polymer of the formula, A-B-Am to give the objective resin.
