PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject analytic element for determination or the like of active component in an organism body fluid by directly laminating and bonding a reagent layer containing a reagent which participates in analytic reaction of a material to be examined and a gelatin binder and a developing layer onto a transparent support sheet. SOLUTION: A reagent layer containing at least one kind of a reagent which participates in analytic reaction of a material to be examined (e.g. transaminase) such as peroxidase, flavinadeninenucleotide, thiaminepyrophosphate, pyruvic acid oxidase or leuco pigment and gelatin binder is laminated and bonded onto a transparent support sheet and a developing layer containing trishydroxymethylamino-methane, phosphoric acid potassium,α-ketoglytaric acid, hydroxypropylmethy cellulose, titanium dioxide, L-alanine, magnesium chloride, ascorbic acid oxidase or the like is directly laminated and bonded onto the reagent layer to provide the objective dry type multilayer analytic element useful for medical diagnosis or the like by determination of active component in an organism body fluid such as blood.
