This invention is a new approach to convert the energy of rotation into work don e effective through the transfer of liquid or gas ,which are compressed or decompr essed. The system is based on a geometric property of the cardioid, which is applied to a m obile vertical surface which is sliding linear through the shaft's opening. The both sides of a mobile vertical surface are constrained to move around the cardioid's cavity. The mobile vertical surface and the shaft's opening are named sliding mechanism. The principal shaft is coupled with an electric motor. There are many advantages of this pump compared to other existent or proposed devices which utilize the energ y of rotation as the source of power input. This new type of pump has large more volume ,high efficiency because the work do ne is realized in 180 degrees, a more compact and safe. It is easy to build by its simple system, which will make a lower commercial pri ce. (economically produced commercially.)
