PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a snack cookie having a calorie of the food reduced as much as possible. SOLUTION: This method for producing a snack cookie comprises a step for kneading raw materials obtained by powdering vegetables, root vegetables, fish and shellfish, and meat, a step for forming a small pellet by extending the kneaded product, a step for drying the pellet to remove the water content, a step for heating and pressing the pellet with removed water content to allow the pellet to swell, a step for seasoning the swelled food by spraying seasoning, and a step for drying the seasoned food. |
