PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly move and display a shot ball image on a screen so as not to loose the interest of a game. SOLUTION: The information showing an image in which a shot ball is off-centered for one dot in each direction is stored in an image ROM. When the shot ball is movingly displayed, the image of the shot ball off-centered in the direction opposite to the moving direction is first displayed to the shot ball image after movement. Thereafter, the natural shot ball image is displayed in the position after movement. When the shot ball is moved downward, the image of the shot ball off-centered upward to the image displayed after movement is displayed, and the natural shot ball image is then displayed in the position after movement. |
