<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust such as spatter from exerting various adverse effects on a plate working composite machine. SOLUTION: A slit part 49 for moving the die of a punching part for a plate processing composite machine 1 is openable and movable by a cover 81 for a slit. During a thermal cutting process, a slit part 49 is covered with a cover 81 for slit and entrance of dust is prevented from occurring, and a trouble, such as air leakage of a piping and short circuit of a wiring, due to galling of the LM guide, below the slit part 49, of a die moving shaft below the slit part 49 and a ball screw is prevented from occurring. A cover for a die to protect a die D is arranged in the moving-aside region of a punching part, which the punching part is provided, and the internal part of the punching block 9 is covered approximately in a closed state with a cover for a punch. By effecting air purge through injection of air through the slide part of the punch, entrance of dust is prevented and galling of the punch and the die is prevented from occurring. A gap between a number of free bares 51 and a work table 45 is provided and spatter is caused to fall outside the free bare 51.</p> |
