PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a rubber blend, particularly a weatherstrip mold forming sponge, for controlling the black color stain on a contact section with a metallic coated plate. SOLUTION: An azo foaming agent and a urea foaming auxiliary are added to a sponge blend for weatherstrip mold forming used in a state where it is in contact with a metallic coated plate containing aluminum, and also a dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine foaming agent is added thereto. At that time, the blend ratio of the dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine foaming agent in the total amount of the azo foaming agent, the urea foaming auxiliary and the denitrosopentamethylenetetramine foaming agent is set at 10-70 wt.%, preferably 20-40 wt.%. |
