PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a rapier band having a long service life easily. SOLUTION: A core material 18 of a three dimensional fabric and fabrics 19, 20 containing an uncured thermosetting resin is put into the molding chamber 211 of the first molding mold 21 so that the core material 18 is held between the fabrics 19, 20. The projection 221 of the second molding mold 22 is inserted into the molding chamber 211 by moving the second molding mold 22 downward so that the lower surface is joined to a seal ring 23 to seal the molding chamber 211 the second molding mold 22. In the state, after air is removed form the molding chamber 211, and a stack S1 consisting of the core material 18 in the molding chamber 211 and the fabrics 19, 20 is heated. Next, the second molding mold 22 is further moved downward until the upper surface of the first molding mold 21 and the lower surface of the second molding mold 22 are joined together to press the stack S1. |
