PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve service life, to more distinctly regulate the evaporation characteristic for Al and to improve wettability by converging the width of a cavity toward the lower marginal part from the upper marginal part of an evaporator. SOLUTION: A flasher 1 has the cavity 2 exhibiting a triangular shape in cross section. Both flanks facing the evaporator of the triangular shape, i.e., both walls 3 of the cavity 2 extend straightforward. The angleαbetween the upper marginal part of the virtual evaporator of the cavity 2 and the side walls 3 respectively on one side of the cavity 2 is preferably set at 25 to 60 deg.C. The cavity 2 having a width of 2 to 6 mm atop the evaporator is advantageous. The deepest point of the cavity 2 existing at a point of min. 1 mm and max. 3 mm upward from the lower marginal part of the evaporator is advantageous. Further, the length of the cavity 2 is advantageously specified to 30 to 80 mm.
