摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the density and joining strength of powder in the vicinity of the grain boundaries between the powder and a melting material by heating powder or a compacted body and a melting material to be formed into a substrate under specified conditions, consolidating the powder or compacted body while plastic deformation is allowed to occur in the substrate to increase the porosity in the vicinity of the side of the free surface in the powder part and moreover impregnating material excellent in wear resistance and slidability into the pores. SOLUTION: Powder or a compacted body and a substrate are heated in the temp. range of >= the m.p. of the powder×0.5 for <=600 sec in a state in which they are brought to contact with, and, thereafter, the powder or compacted body is consolidated while plastic deformation is allowed to occur in the substrate. In this way, composed parts where the powder part is high in the vicinity of the grain boundaries between the powder and the refining material and the porosity is high in the vicinity of the side of the free surface in the powder part are compacted. Moreover, this pores are impregnated with material excellent in wear resistance and slidability. In this way, by variously combining the compacted part and inpregnating material, the parts in which wear resistance and slidability for every section are changed according to various wear conditions can be produced.
