<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner which can be set selectively on a floor surface, a table or a wall face for blowing air all over the corners of a room. SOLUTION: A setting switch 33 for setting the setting state is provided in an air cleaner, and a flap 31 for deflecting blowing air is provided on an air plenum 12a on an upper face 12 of a housing 10. The flap 31 is displaced on a controlled position corresponding to the setting mode by a stepping motor 32 to provide the blowing air in the direction suitable for the setting mode. The flap 32 is rocked and displayed to vary the blowing air. At the time of setting the device on the wall face, the remote control operation cannot be carrier out. The pollution of a sealing face, therefore, can be prevented by the arrangement.</p> |
