SOLUTION: This method for cooking a noodle comprises pouring water for cooking in a container 2 storing the noodle 3 and heating the noodle 3 in a state dipped in the water for the cooking by microwave heating for a prescribed time. The noodle contains a thickening stabilizer such as alginic acid added thereto.
