PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish housing device for completely disinfecting dishes for school meals. SOLUTION: A dish hot-air disinfecting and storing container 1 mounts an ozone generator 22 in addition to a motor 14, a scirocco fan 16, a heater 18 similarly to conventional ones and ozone generated by the generator 22 is supplied into a housing container 4 through a pipe 24 by means of a fan out of the figure. Washed dishes are disinfected by hot air similarly to the conventional ones at 90 deg.C x for 60 min or at 90 deg.C x for 90 min and then, after becoming about 40 deg.C, disinsefted by ozone for three to six hours.
