<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of relaxing stress concentration generated by contraction or the like of a substrate under high temperature and high moisture by including a specific tacky agent component and a specific silane compound. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition comprises (A) a tacky agent component comprising an acrylic polymer, preferably having about 600,000 to 2000,000 weight-average molecular weight and (B) a silane compound having 2 alkoxysilyl group in the molecule in an amount of 0.001-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. resultant composition. For example, a silane compound having >=2 alkoxysilyl groups and represented by formula I (A is a group having 1-12C chain and/or a cyclic structure; R1 and R4 are each a 1-5C alkyl; R2 , R3 , R5 and R6 are each a 1-5C alkyl or alkoxyl) is preferably used as the component B and a compound of formula II [(m) is 1-12; R7 and R8 are each R1 ] or a compound of formula III [(q) and (q') are each 0-6 and (q+q')$6; R9 and R10 are each R1 ] is more preferably used as the component B.</p> |
