PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure so as to improve appearance and to reduce cost by fitting a woody surface plate to the surface upper part of a panel frame, and fitting a face plate for a spandrel wall to the surface lower part of the panel frame. SOLUTION: A woody tone panel 1 is formed by integrating a panel frame 2, a woody surface plate 3 and a resin face plate 4 for a spandrel wall. Protruding parts 13 are protrusively provided on the surface of the panel frame 2, and recesses 5, 6 are formed between the protruding parts and at a side part. A receiving member 8 is fitted into the recess 5 corresponding to a joint part 7, out of the recesses, and an adhesive 10 is filled in the other recesses 6. At the time of being used as a wall panel for a Japanese style bath, the woody tone panel 1 is placed on a peripheral wall part of a waterproof floor pan so as to be able to arrange the face plate 4 for the spandrel wall in a low position and the woody surface plate 3 in a high position. One panel is therefore used from the floor to the ceiling so as to reduced the cost of the waterproof floor pan and to prevent a lowering of appearance. |
