PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a high flame resistance to a polyester-based hot-melt adhesive to which the imparting of the high flame resistance has heretofore been difficult by a simple method, and to obtain the polyester-based hot-melt adhesive composition having an excellent adhesion. SOLUTION: This flame resistant polyester-based hot-melt adhesive composition comprises (A) 60-80 wt.% thermoplastic polyester consisting essentially of a copolyester of at least one kind of acid selected from terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid and a 4-36C aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, and a 2-10C alkylene glycol, (B) 10-30 wt.% brominated polystyrene and (C) 1-20 wt.% antimony trioxide. |
