PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the fusion strength of a foam and an aggregate comprising a different kind of a material by laminating at least one material selected from the group consisting of a nonwoven fabric, a fabric and a knitted fabric to one surface of the foam and integrally molding an aggregate resin by a hot stamping molding method. SOLUTION: A composite material wherein a nonwoven fabric 3 is laminated to an olefinic resin foam and a skin material 1 is laminated to the opposite surface thereof is arranged at a predetermined position between a pair of upper and lower molds 5, 6 and a proper amt. of a molten thermoplastic resin 4 for an aggregate is supplied to the molding surface on the side of the foam 2 (the molding surface of the lower mold 6). Then, the composite material and the thermoplastic resin are molded at predetermined temp. under pressure to obtain an integrated molded product. In a molding method by a hot stamping molding method, an ABS resin 4 having to become the aggregate is extruded at resin temp., for example, at 220-240 deg.C and the molten resin is arranged on the lower mold and the composite sheet is set so that the surface of the nonwoven fabric thereof comes into contact with the molten resin to be compressed by the upper mold 5. |
