PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying method capable of simply enhancing a cooling ability of a spray jet while keeping diameters of sprayed liquid particles within about 10 to 30μm, by sequentially applying a driving gas having a greater pressure than that of a lower temperature liquid to the liquid. SOLUTION: This method is conducted as follows: running off a lower temperature liquid such as liquefied nitrogen from an insulating tank 12 holding the liquid through a duct 7 under atmospheric pressure; connecting the duct 7 to a driving gas source 5 such as a nitrogen gas source by closing a solenoid valve 19 and opening a solenoid valve 22; and setting a pressure of the driving gas source 5 under about 1.5 bar (absolute pressure) higher than that of the lower temperature liquid, thus jettingly spraying the liquid from a nozzle 9 by the driving force.
